The House of Representatives suspended the rules Thursday to extend into next week the deadline to move bills to the Senate, pausing action on all education bills until Tuesday.

Weather is forcing the House to make Tuesday "Education Day."

The House will take action on two major education bill next week - HB 1082 is, the "omnibus" education reform package, and HB 1171, the House's funding package.
