Prepare for the 2020 collective bargaining process at one of three ASBSD workshops aimed to inform and assist your school board.
ASBSD Director of Policy and Legal Services Gerry Kaufman and School Attorney Rodney Freeman will bring their vast knowledge of the collective bargaining process to three Collective Bargaining Seminars in January.
Please note: the seminar description has been updated.
The Collective Bargaining Seminars will provide an overview of the collective bargaining laws and initial preparations for negotiations and will focus on addressing many different specific provisions within a collective bargaining/negotiated agreement.
School districts are encouraged to bring their own negotiated agreements for discussion with Kaufman and Freeman, who will also answer your questions about the agreements and overall process.
