Director of Policy and Legal Services
Provides legal services and direction for the Associated School Boards of South Dakota and the Protective Benefit Trust to avoid adverse situations and ensure compliance with the law. Fills director role for Policy Services to provide policy information to members.
Qualification include a law degree with experience in education, public policy, adjudication of worker’s compensation claims, public sector labor laws, human relations and health insurance preferred.
