2023’s Policies Required by Federal Law and Annual Notices Required by Federal Law has been updated by the National School Boards Association/Council of School Attorneys (NSBA/COSA).

Links to the 2023 Policies and Annual Notices Required by Federal Law are posted on the ASBSD Policy Services website in the News window, located on the right hand side of the webpage, under the Legal Information header.

“School district leaders need to be aware of and informed on the federally required policies and annual notices,” ASBSD Director of Policy & Legal Services Jessica Filler said. “To ensure your awareness, these notices have been posted on the ASBSD Policy Services website.”
