Gov. Daugaard gave the State of the State address. Read about it here.

 

Representative Brian Gosch of District 32 was elected Speaker of the House and Representative Dean Wink of District 29 was elected Speaker Pro Tempore.

 

Senator Corey Brown of District 23 was elected President Pro Tempore.
