The South Dakota Department of Education is taking applications from educators and key stakeholders interested in being part of this summer’s social studies standards revision process.
The Department of Education is seeking up to 50 workgroup members to participate in this review and revision process, which will take place June 15-18 and June 21-23 and expected to be in-person in Pierre. Workgroup members will be reimbursed for travel expenses and compensated for work completed.
Workgroup members will be identified and notified by mid-April.
