ASBSD is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead the Association’s efforts in providing quality school board training and promote member services.

 

Our Leadership Development Director must be able to:

• Engage effectively with school board members and have the credibility and experience to train boards in effective boardsmanship;
• Understand the services ASBSD provides and able convey the importance of those services to schools.

A successful candidate should also have experience working in public schools and have knowledge of school finance, public school advocacy, strategic planning and school board governance.

 

The position is open until filled and salary compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
