Policy Alert: 2022 Policies and Annual Notices Required by Federal Law

2022’s Policies Required by Federal Law and Annual Notices Required by Federal Law has been updated by the National School Boards Association/Council of School Attorneys (NSBA/COSA).

 

Links to the 2022 Policies and Annual Notices Required by Federal Law are posted on the ASBSD Policy Services website in the News window, located on the right hand side of the webpage, under the Legal Information header.

 

“We’re posting these documents so school district leaders are aware of and informed on the federally required policies and annual notices,” ASBSD Director of Policy & Legal Services Jessica Filler said. “We’re happy to answer any questions or assist in a policy review.”

 

 

To access the ASBSD Policy Services website, school board members and administrators must login at http://policy.asbsd.org. Your district’s login and password information has been previously provided to your district’s administration. Once logged in, you will need to answer simple security question.
