The Secretary of State’s office has requested school districts contact their county auditor immediately and provide the district’s contact information in order for the county auditor’s office to forward absentee ballot requests to the school district.

 

County auditors are processing many absentee ballot requests on which voters are requesting “all” absentee ballots they are eligible to receive, which means if your district has an election in June, that voter must receive the requested absentee ballot

 

County auditors will need the following information from business managers to fulfill absentee voter requests via email:

• School District name;
• Business Manager name;
• Business Manager email address
