It’s time for ASBSD and SASD to begin preparing for our annual convention.

 

The 2014 ASBSD-SASD Convention is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, August 7-8 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.

 

The ASBSD-SASD Convention is the premier learning event for South Dakota school board members and administrators and will feature over 20 breakout sessions focusing a variety of education topics and issues.

 

We invite you to share your knowledge about K-12 education with attendees by submitting a breakout session proposal.

A standard break-out session is 50 minutes long, but ASBSD and SASD will consider proposals for two-hour, in-depth presentations. Individuals will be notified once programming decisions are made.

 

Fill out the proposal form and email it to ASBSD Director of Communications Tyler Pickner at tpickner@asbsd.org by Monday, April 21, 2014.

 

ASBSD and SASD will review all submissions and notify individuals who submitted proposals if they have been selected to present by Thursday, May 15.
